I hold a Doctorate in Interdisciplinary Humanities and have worked internationally across teaching, leadership, curriculum design, community engagement, and human-centred development practices. Over the years, my work has centred on one consistent question: how people make sense of themselves, their relationships, and the decisions that shape their lives.
Through professional and personal experience across diverse environments, I began to recognise that many of the challenges people face — whether in education, family life, partnership, transition, loss, identity, or purpose — are not solved simply through advice. They require space for careful reflection, structured dialogue, and the ability to think clearly through complexity. This led me to develop a practice I describe as Guided Reflective Practice: a process grounded in philosophical inquiry, attentive listening, and purposeful conversation.
My work is not therapy, counselling, or coaching in the conventional sense. It is a thoughtful and structured reflective process designed to help people clarify what they already know, but may struggle to access amidst pressure, uncertainty, emotional transition, or change. Through guided conversation, reflective questioning, and intellectual honesty, I help individuals, couples, parents, students, and families explore their situations with greater clarity, and achieve answers with coherence and intention.

“As a student, I was used to people either giving advice too quickly or turning everything into motivation talk. What I found here was different. The conversations helped me understand why I was feeling so disconnected from what I was studying and from myself, while also helping me build the structure and consistency I needed to succeed academically and personally.” — University student, Lisbon
“I originally expected something closer to coaching, but the conversations felt much deeper and more thoughtful than that. It was one of the first times in a long while that I felt I could think out loud without being rushed toward easy answers.” — Teacher, Madrid
